Verified ownerA really useful and enjoyable day. A small group of 6, with Cathy and Jessamy teaching so a really good ratio. All fibre is provided, appropriate to the method of spinning being worked on, namely combed tops for worsted and carded for long draw. I had previously had an attempt at long draw from YouTube videos, but nothing can replace an enthusiastic teacher. Still needs work but I now have the all important feel of how it should be, a great foundation for further practice at home. Cathy provided wool combs so I had a go combing my own wool for long draw, which I prefer to do rather than always buying commercially prepared tops. Highly recommend
