We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to attend your workshop. Therefore, if you cancel up to two weeks before your workshop date, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel up to one week before, we will reschedule your workshop.
If you cancel less than a week before, depending on preparation etc it will be up to our discretion as to whether we will provide a refund or reschedule on a different class, considering costs already incurred, availability on other courses, proximity to the workshop and other relevant factors. It may be possible to transfer you to a different date (subject to availability). Please contact us as soon as possibly to arrange this.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class, you will receive no refund.
A minimum of 4 students is needed for an in-person workshop to go ahead. If the workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

Due to us being a small business, we can only accept returns if there is something wrong with the product you have received. In this case, we are more than happy to give you a full refund. If there is a problem with the product you have received, send it back to us, we will check it over and then process the refund.
If you have changed your mind and no longer want the product you have received, unfortunately we cannot give a refund.
*this is only applicable for products ordered, not workshops. Please see our workshop terms and conditions for refund policy*
